I work with boys and teens who are dealing with:

My approach is straightforward, practical, and grounded in real life—no jargon, no labels, no endless talk. We figure out what’s actually happening beneath the surface, what needs to change, and how to make it stick. Sessions are conversational, honest, and focused on tools and strategies boys can use every day.
Whether this is for a young boy, teen, a parent, or a guardian, I create a space that’s safe, non-judgmental, and focused on real progress. The goal isn’t just to cope—it’s to feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of life.
